This is a genuine ancient Roman bronze coin (likely a nummus, follis, or similar small denomination) from the Roman Empire period (27 BC–476 AD), certified authentic by ICG (Independent Coin Graders) in a “Genuine” holder.

These slabs with generic labels like yours are very common in the market. ICG authenticates them as real ancient coins but doesn’t assign a specific grade (like Fine or VF) or identify the exact emperor/reverse type because many are worn or from bulk lots. They come from everyday circulation in the empire and were made of bronze or copper alloys.
